POLICIES:
  • A 25% deposit is required within 5 days of reservation.
  • Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
  • $200 security deposit. Refunded if no damage noted or excessive cleaning required.
  • Minimum stay 7 nights (minimum 14 nights, Dec 20 - Jan 5)
  • Non-smoking unit, no pets.
  • Personal Visa/MC accepted.
  • $100 charge for late check-outs

Cancellation:
  • All deposits are refundable if cancelled prior to 45 days of arrival.
  • $100.00 handling fee for cancellations less than 45 days of arrival.
  • All payments are forfeited if cancellation occurs within 15 days of arrival.

This very spacious ground floor corner villa, located on the 7th fairway, offers plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing with great views of the 7th fairway of the Wailea Blue Course, the ocean, and West Maui Mountains.

Our updated kitchen is well-equipped with all new appliances. Tropical and modern unit has tile floors, large living room, formal dining area, wireless internet, stereo, DVD, 3 AC units, ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR, large ensuite master bath, and private lanai. 2nd bedroom: twin beds, and 3rd bedroom: queen murphy bed and love seat. Two pool areas with BBQs are located close by.

Cozy enough for two people, but large enough for six, our villa features three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and two lanais. A large open living room is great for relaxing and enjoying the views. The adjoining dining area features a full-size table with matching chairs.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV/VCR, and a lanai. The master bathroom has double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features twin beds, dresser, and a large closet. The den/bedroom is furnished with a queen wall bed, love seat, and large closet. It also has a high speed cable internet line for your computer needs.

The wrap-around lanai has patio furniture for outdoor dining and overlooks the seventh fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. While sipping a Mai Tai, you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the West Maui Mountains, the ocean, and the stunning sunsets of Maui.

This villa is furnished in tropical decor with a relaxing atmosphere where it is easy to adopt the cheerful island attitudes and enjoy your surroundings. Enjoy the fragrant Plumeria in the gardens, listen to the birds, or just watch the golfers from your lanai.
